Business Portrait/Headshot info

Whether you need a last minute headshot of yourself for your company bio or you need them for your entire office, I can make the project quick and painless.  Once set up at your location (usually about 30 minutes or less), I average about 15 minutes per person for both photography and proof selection from my laptop but of course I will spend as much time as is needed with each individual.  For large numbers of staff I can simply shoot the photos and provide electronic proofs for later selection if you prefer.

Then, back at my office, I’ll retouch each face (I like to say that I’ll make everyone look 5 to 10 years younger) and size each one to your specifications and then e-mail you the final jpeg file. I recommend 4 x 5 inches at 300 ppi as this size (about .5 mb) works great for most print needs and is more than large enough for the web.  I’ll also provide you with a black and white version, if needed, for no additional charge

I also like to do environmental (workstation) portraits as well as group photos at your office or company event.

The fee for headshots is $60.00 each and includes unlimited usage.  Everything else is hourly.  There is a $150 per visit minimum. Please call or e-mail me for an estimate.
